We believe strongly in young people developing their independent learning and thinking skills.
Homework is a key element of this development. We therefore have a formal homework policy and timetable. We very much value the support of parents and carers in encouraging the completion of homework and development of independent learning outside of the academy.
Homework club
We offer a homework club based in the learning resource centre. Students can access this after school for research, study, and access to computers and printers. The club is supervised by a member of staff.
