On Friday, Mr Reid and Mr Cann had the privilege of attending a round-table discussion hosted by James Naish MP.

Bringing together schools, teachers, parents and a panel of guests, including the founder of the Molly Rose Foundation, to discuss smartphone and social media usage for children.

The purpose of the discussion was to ensure that local voices are genuinely heard and that James is able to take real, lived evidence into Parliament as this national debate continues to evolve.

We’re incredibly proud of the students that attended. They engaged thoughtfully, confidently, and passionately throughout, asking intelligent questions and articulating their views with maturity and purpose. They represented ELA superbly and have played a meaningful role in helping to shape this debate at a parliamentary level.
